Not anything at all, the massage was on the face, I barely felt and asked 3 times for the stronger massager .. no jacuzzi and sauna really sucks, we closed a room for 3 hours for free .. there were no attractions very sucks. I spoke with this representative it was a friend's birthday. For me the money went to waste!

I am referring here to the spa only because the hotel was really perfect. I came busy and left busy I did not feel any difference. I have been to massages in the past that come out feeling good here as if I did not feel anything. To hear the caregiver in the middle instructing my husband's caregiver at all .... sounds like the guy did not even know what he was doing. Enjoy the hotel, save the spa money for a good meal

It is not clear to me whether we have been sexually harassed or not. We were touched in the chest without asking in advance if it was appropriate. I think it really lacks sensitivity and tact at a time like this.
