The facility and overall experience was great. Great service, even though I had a half hour delay in my treatment and there was confusion and they gave me a different therapist than the one I booked. The therapist I got was lovely but I didn't connect with her massage as much, she was nice, average. Not wow.

The massage itself was excellent! A few things to improve about the place - my robe was torn, an experience not suitable for such a place that maintains aesthetics. There is no hourglass or timer in the sauna, which is very common, and there was no clock anywhere else, so you can't know how much time you have before the treatment without checking on the phone. Which is quite detrimental to the experience... You also need to emphasize more that you are not supposed to talk in the waiting room. I know Israelis do whatever they want, but you can ask and emphasize. It is a quiet area and is intended for relaxation. No chatting. It also harms the experience...

I wanted to point out that the new additions to the locker rooms are great - earplugs and deodorant, because we're always stuck without something and these little details add so much to the customer experience. I also loved the salt room and the new sauna! As for the masseuse Nom - I felt her professionalism, but I also felt it was like a chore for her, a bit impatient and a lot of noise and messing with the stones that could be done more pleasantly and quietly to increase positive customer experiences. Thank you!

It was perfect in every way. They were the masters of the therapists and the massage was at such a high level. The fun was perfect afterwards, even if it was in the sauna, which was excellent, and the jacuzzi, which was a bomb, was at a high level. We will be back again.
