They scheduled a short 45-minute treatment for me instead of 60 and didn't bother to update me. I wasn't sent a receipt for the appointment and payment, so I couldn't know that I was scheduled for a shorter treatment. The clerk said that the price was 435. I asked what the price was on the phone and was told it was 360 and gave me a discount of 350 NIS. At the price of 350 NIS, I always do an hour's treatment and not 45 minutes. I'm a regular customer with you and today was really great service!!! I was offered further treatment by a man and when I said I wasn't interested, I wasn't offered another alternative with a woman. A really disappointing and unserviceable experience.

Everything was good except the changing rooms were very crowded and did not allow more than 2 women to get ready while I was there, there were 4 women trying to shower and get ready and it was impossible The pool is very small and you have to wait

The hospitality was lovely, the place was decorated and clean, and we really got into a relaxing experience for a few hours. We had a treatment in a double room that included a massage with hot stones for 75 minutes, which was excellent. The therapists were attentive and professional. After that, we dipped in a salt bath and enjoyed an infrared sauna. To end the experience, we also had a head spa treatment that was less successful. They also split us into separate rooms, and we didn't connect as much with the facial treatment they gave us during the treatment, and with the water currents that were sometimes too hot and got into our eyes and ears.
