Hi, we wanted to share a very disappointing experience we had at the place. We arrived for a massage with high expectations, especially given the high price and the prestigious image of the place, but unfortunately we left very disappointed and not at all satisfied with the treatment and the overall experience. As people who get a lot of massages and try quite a few places, we were sure that we had finally found a quality place that would be the perfect solution for us — especially since it is located just a few minutes from our house. Unfortunately, the exact opposite happened. We felt that the experience was not at the level expected from such a place, and certainly did not justify the price we paid. It's a shame, because we really arrived with a lot of anticipation and a desire to make the place a permanent place for us.

The massage was excellent! The relaxation room with the beach screen is really relaxing, the Dead Sea water is great, we loved the place very much and will return. Only one thing bothered us: in the women's locker room, including the locker area, there was not a single place where the floor was dry to make it comfortable and pleasant to change clothes.

Nice treatment… I expected more focus on the head massage and less feeling like I was at the hairdresser and getting my hair washed. There were especially good moments with the device. The massage is the best part of the treatment

Hi, I had a great massage with Lynn. There was a misunderstanding that Lynn was my masseuse, even though I repeated it several times on the phone. It was unpleasant at the beginning of the treatment, that's all. Hopefully it won't happen again.

We ordered a Swedish massage, the therapist actually did a Thai massage, which was painful and not pleasant at all. We also ordered a Japanese head massage, which was fine in terms of a head massage, but the therapist insisted on massaging the shoulders and back as well, which was less pleasant. Another thing - when you order an hour-long massage for an additional fee, the expectation is that the massage will actually be an hour. It started at 10:10, ended at 10:59 exactly. It is not clear what we paid extra for. The overall experience was not good, we came to celebrate my wife's birthday and were very disappointed.
