Good week, your place is lovely and we had an excellent massage. It is important for us to say that we were disappointed, we arrived from Nahariya about a two-hour drive, we arrived early and wanted to enter the facilities but the clerk did not recommend it because she said the treatment would start soon but there was a 20-minute delay and only after the massage did we enter the salt pool and sauna. We admit that it was short and we did not enjoy it, our stay with you was cramped and we understand that it was a Friday. One clerk said that they close at 4:30 PM and then a replacement clerk arrived who said that they close at 4:00 PM so we were really disappointed. We cannot recommend coming to you when this is what we experienced with you.

Disappointed, when I ordered the massage I was told, apparently by your customer service, that there was plenty of parking in the gray area outside, when I arrived I saw that they were giving out tickets and I went into the parking lot… Last time we were sitting in an interior room and not at the entrance. When everyone who finishes a treatment passes by there. During the massage, they heard the conversation of the receptionist and someone else who spoke English loudly.. There were several very loud drilling noises, the receptionist couldn't tell where it was coming from and offered us a glass of champagne as an apology. After 45 minutes the masseuses finished and left, when in fact when I ordered the massage I was told that it also included back and shoulders, but that didn't happen. The receptionist said that we should have told the masseuses before they started. It's a shame that those who answer the phones and order the treatment through her don't know that the price is 230 and not 250 as she said, that if you park outside you can get a report, that the treatment is only a foot massage and doesn't include the back and shoulders, and that we know that the massage is not done in a separate room and that there is noise in the background, from the workers upstairs, from renovations, and from people who have just finished a treatment and are passing by.

We were with my daughter for her birthday and had a blast. The place is very clean, cozy, stunning atmosphere, lovely staff and always happy to help. The massages were excellent. Highly recommended

My second time with you. The first time was perfect. And this time it was exactly the opposite, I felt that the masseuse was in a hurry to finish, often I felt even more nails than fingers. Overall a very bad experience.

Overall, a nice treatment. Not really a massage, more of an extended massage. The water flow is pleasant. I would have preferred a more thorough edge treatment.

The massage with Lynn is wonderful. But I arrived early to be in the salt pool. The water was cold and I couldn't get in. Even after the treatment I wanted to get in, but the water was cold. Something is wrong there. I hope you fix it soon, it's very important

When charging money for using spa facilities, it is advisable to note that the floating pool is the size of a bathtub. In the picture it looks big, we did not use the facilities and paid a lot of money. All drinks, even tea and snacks, are full of sugar and we are not allowed to have sugar. We did not have the option of anything but water. This was not mentioned anywhere either.

The massage was perfectly fine, although the back massage lacked more of a massage of the abdomen and chest area as they do. The head massage was not worth the price, both in terms of the materials and the treatment itself. Tip - the showers should be cleaned more. When I arrived, all the towels were thrown on the floor. The showers are not clean enough. In addition, there was a power outage and the infrared sauna was not working, which is pretty bad. I also think that the chairs in the waiting area are less comfortable and some were already peeling and it doesn't look good. It sounds very negative, sorry, this is the experience I had :) Take it as constructive criticism :) At first, there was no one at the reception, and then she arrived exactly three minutes before the treatment, and then the treatment intervened and I had to go down with my bag without a robe and shoes and I didn't have time to put my things in the locker. In short, not really that kind of flow.
