The place is well-maintained and has great attention to detail, maintained to a high standard, excellent and generous service at reception, the salt pool and sauna are excellent! The head spa depended on the therapist. I had an excellent experience - a basic treatment, head, shoulders, hands, an excellent massage and an excellent shower. The friend who was with me had a treatment that was lacking, without shoulders and hands, without applying cream at the end and a frantic therapist who rushed to finish (but was nice).

Hi. I had one of the worst foot massages I've ever had and it was a gift. I won't be back. It would have been Thai and not quality reflexology in any form. I know it cost 250 NIS for half an hour, so not worth it and not of high quality. I admit I was really disappointed - I wouldn't recommend it

The massage was of a very poor standard, I already complained to the receptionist, last time I was very satisfied, so I brought my girlfriend for a pampering day for her birthday, but I was very disappointed with the treatment.

The place is great and wonderful, the atmosphere is crazy and it was so nice there in general terms of the place and the receptionist who was just really beautiful and really nice. The personal therapist I had was busy with other things during the massage that she simply didn't take care of beforehand and it took away at least 5 minutes of my massage time when you pay such a high amount for 45 minutes, it doesn't matter how many minutes of busying herself with other things, she spoke in a really high voice that she addressed me and it bothered me a little and made me less relaxed and finally she would give me a full body massage and then in the end she wanted to give me a facial massage and it's just pretty unhygienic to give a facial massage after she gave me a foot massage so I asked her not to. The situation was quite frustrating for me and I felt like my money was a bit wasted and I really left feeling a bit like I missed out. Beyond my less pleasant experience, my mother who came with me had an excellent experience and she only had good things to say about her masseuse and she was very excellent.

From the moment you enter the place, you already feel a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. It started with the wonderful service at the reception and continued to the massage room. The massage was very professional, one of the best. Afterwards, we relaxed in the savannah and then in the salt pool. A powerful, relaxing and healthy experience.

The truth is that Lia's treatment was really, really bad. She asked the therapist several times to turn off the air conditioner and each time she told her she would try and it didn't do anything. There was a light right on her and she froze the entire treatment. Beyond that, the treatment itself was not good and the massage was just bad. We were 12 minutes late for the treatment and when we asked what was going on 10 minutes later they said she was fixing it and that's it as if it was normal and without apologizing. A very, very unpleasant experience from the treatment today

We arrived for a Swedish massage. In fact, it wasn't a Swedish massage. I asked for a gentle massage and I experienced an unpleasant, painful massage.
