Everything about the spa itself - stunning and good. We asked for a strong treatment and got a really weak one. The hot stones were cold. The "use of the facilities" that was promised was a disgrace. The jacuzzi didn't work and the pool was extremely crowded, a place that could hold 50 people holds about 90. Crowded, no chairs to sit on. In short - there were no facilities. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to the spa and probably not to a hotel that allows use of the pool in this way.

It was amazing. Tatiana was professional and kind. I enjoyed every moment of the food. The dining room and the pool were less crowded. Not noisy.

I didn't like the massage that much. I don't think it was professional. It felt more like a caress with hands, nothing more. I added hot stones. I didn't really feel a change from a regular massage. When I turned on my back, the massage was mainly on the head, not on the other organs. Then she told me we were done. I was very upset. We won't be back.

We booked a massage for 5 women together, most felt that the massage was not professional at all, the reception and waiting area also felt less like a "spa" and more like "line management". For such a fee, one expects great professionalism, but that did not happen and we left very disappointed with the truly unprofessional massages.
