Poor attitude and service. The place is dirty. Do not come close

The place is filthy! The massage was worst and unprofessional. Customer disrespectful attitude.

It didn't come close to being a spa, I suffered in the massage, the masseuse was unprofessional and talked all the care about embarrassing and unrelated things. No clean, no aesthetic, no music and there are fluorescents in the treatment room!

Today I arrived at a double massage. After being told on the phone that I ordered the massage 1) There will be two therapists 2) Was told to have a glass of wine and light refreshments 3) Was told to have a shower after the massage and the massage was 45 minutes I went into the spa I asked if there were two therapists? The clerk answered me angrily that Saturday day and there is no such thing as two nannies. I kept saying that I was told on the phone that I had booked the tickets that we had two caregivers. She said no such thing. Of course we were offered no refreshments and no glasses of wine. And worst of all, after the massage, we were covered in scent oil. I asked the clerk where the shower said angrily no shower now. The rooms with the shower are now occupied .. The massage was in the worst order of service! It's really unpleasant to pay and get something else in return for what you promised. What I can say to never return to this spa is very disappointing and not worth it.

Intimate and luxurious place, we very much enjoyed taking a suite with a suite and was excellent, thank you to all the staff
