I made a surprise for my husband's birthday and booked a couples' spa. We arrived about half an hour early and were offered to wait in a waiting room (they didn't offer us drinks until I asked). After a minute, they took us straight to a treatment room. The therapist told me to take off my top, including my bra and jewelry. We waited there for almost half an hour with music and no one came over until I left and told the hostess, Eti, who was really unhelpful in my opinion, to dry us off. Eti said, "This is what happens when you come early." I was shocked. The most unpleasant service experience. I have never experienced such bizarre behavior towards customers in my life. We have been to spas in other places and have never been treated like this. I didn't want to ruin my husband's experience, so I asked them to come in early. There were two therapists. One was super loud and shouted like she was in the Carmel Market, and this was supposed to be a relaxing and peaceful experience. She didn't stop talking loudly, which really ruined the experience. The other therapist was older. Very pleasant and she is the only one who made the experience for me and when the treatment was over, we went to the counter to give a tip in Bit/Paybox because we didn't bring cash, so I gave the loud therapist 50 shekels that I asked several times to also give to my therapist (the older one) because she doesn't have a Paybox/Bit. I really hope she got half of that. Overall, I don't recommend it for a first time, I was very disappointed.

I took my wife on Valentine's Day and we enjoyed every moment. The caregivers were wonderful. The treatment was personal. The place was clean and we will definitely come back again.

It was really nice, but I'm curly and I left with crazy knots.. No combing and no use of good hair products.. Just pleasant.. Not what I expected.. Disappointing to come out of treatment like that..

It was just awful. The therapist Maya (I think that's her name) is violent in an abnormal way! She gives a terrible, horrible massage that I've never experienced in my life. The first specific question asked of the two therapists is: "When did you last have a massage? Months ago? Years?" And the question is asked when did she last give someone a massage? I told her twice during the massage that she would be more gentle and then she just sighed at me as if what did I ask for. She was violent throughout the entire hour and a half she was with me, and when did I enjoy it? When she massaged my face and not with her hands, but with the devices that were there. She shouldn't continue to give people massages, I was in pain from her. In addition, throughout the hours there were 5 YouTube commercials (for diapers and makeup and for purchasing courses) instead of a relaxing massage tune. Yes, I will say that my husband enjoyed his therapist, she was good - I don't have her name.

The body massage was nice, but my partner had a really gentle one. The head massage was nothing special at all, there was no hot water, the water flowed over my face which was really unpleasant, and they didn't do a scalp massage at all, only with all sorts of combs, which was unpleasant, they didn't comb my hair before the treatment, which resulted in some hair falling out. In short, about the head spa - I don't recommend it at all

Shocking, terrible place, such an unpleasant experience

Since one of the head and scalp massage treatment beds was broken, they replaced my treatment with a regular massage, which was very successful. My daughter had the head and scalp treatment and enjoyed it very much.

The service was courteous, the treatment was pleasant. The walls are thin and you can hear everything, so I would recommend earplugs.

Shocking service! Below all criticism! From making an appointment to communicating with the place itself. An unpleasant clerk to say the least! They just robbed me of what they did. Don't go anywhere!!!!!!! I will never set foot in this place or anywhere related to Spa Plus. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

Very, very kind people, lovely service. We came from Jerusalem for a head spa experience because I have another spa near my house. In the middle of the treatment, the sink didn't work, so we moved on to a body treatment, and because time was short, the treatment was quick and rushed. At the end, they told us to vacate the room quickly because there were people after us. I got up quickly and outside I felt very dizzy and fell into a puddle of mud. I have signs of dry heaves on my body. They are blue and it hurts a lot. We need to learn from this incident - check the facilities first, don't rush out of the place and rest a little before leaving. And I'm back again - lovely staff!! Both the kind secretary and the person who took care of my daughter - lovely!!
