About the place

Listen, I hate to write this to you, but this is the worst massage experience I've ever had. The staff is unprofessional (how can there be a therapist with such long nails?! It's noticeable!), The treatment itself is amateurish, from the shampooing to the parts that are supposedly massage. It's a hair shampoo for 350 shekels. I really ask for a manager to get back to me, what happened today borders on rudeness.

We were not informed when breakfast was. Luckily, we arrived at 10:15 and went down to eat. There was a lack of coordination between the person we spoke to and the employee (the new one, not my fault) at the reception, which caused discomfort. In any case, the treatment was great and my wife enjoyed it.

It was perfect, professional and extremely pleasant!!!! I didn't want the treatment to end. The lounge wasn't organized enough in terms of seating (we had to wait outside the room standing until the treatment started), but other than that it was perfect.
