I want to praise the whole experience!!! Starting with the guy at the reception who was so helpful and kind! He welcomed us warmly, explained things to us calmly, was very professional and caring. The masseuses were very professional and pleasant. Especially Avina (if I'm not mistaken in her name) who was very professional and pleasant. The hammam was wow!!!! The two lovely girls who pampered us very much. I have no doubt that we will be back! And I highly recommend it!!! Thank you.

And all the other times it was very good, the last time it felt like the end of the day... it was a massage with a nun and cold oil on the body, laughing among themselves in Russian, and also in the room in the second complex, which is much smaller, not organized, not spacious, in short, a very poor experience. We also thought they would apologize and nothing, they just said there was a problem in the room, which doesn't make sense. It seems like they were simply cleaning and didn't want to dirty the room, and when we finished, they left without offering coffee, tea, cookies, or fruit, just like all the other times. It really felt like almost 700 shekels just went down the drain without any pleasure and only back and shoulder pain. Very disappointed!!!!!!

The medical massage was amazing and professional with Yogev. The head massage was amateurish to say the least and very disappointing. The therapist welcomed me nicely and took care of me and she is lovely, but it doesn't make sense to accept clients and charge such a sum for a treatment that they don't know how to do to a level where I felt like a ten-year-old girl was playing with my hair.

I arrived for a long medical massage that I scheduled about a month ago at the office and was really looking forward to it. When I arrived, it turned out that I had been scheduled for a shorter treatment and unnecessary pressure was put on me to try and get in on a treatment that I wasn't interested in. I went in for a long treatment after arranging things while feeling very uncomfortable! Now, not only did I schedule the long treatment at the office and there was a mistake on your part, but I also postponed it for a day and they called me yesterday to ask where I was when I explained that I postponed the treatment the next day and it's not clear to me why they expect me to come, in other words, this indicated to me that there was probably 100% improper conduct here. The treatment itself with Oksana was excellent and amazing at the highest levels! I also added a hammam, which was nice but not something I would repeat. This is my honest opinion. In any case, I will consider whether to return for another treatment or not, and after being impressed by the professionalism and high level of treatment, these things that I as a client feel are forcing things on me that I don't even have to endure in such a situation are not acceptable to me at all.

The massage was good, but it really sucks that we got in for the massage fifteen minutes late because the room wasn't ready and we still finished the massage at the time we were originally supposed to finish (they took fifteen minutes off the massage)
