Overall, I enjoyed the experience. I was greeted with a smile at the reception, everything was explained to me in a pleasant way, and the staff was courteous. The massage itself was excellent – very professional, and I have no complaints about the therapists. However, there were a few things that spoiled the experience. After the treatment, I was not allowed to shower or get ready in peace, because I was told that the room had to be prepared for the next patients. I felt like I had to rush, and I didn't have the opportunity to sit down, have a drink, and relax after the massage. In addition, I was directed to the employees' room to get ready, and there was an unpleasant smell there, so I couldn't do my facial or do my hair the way I wanted. I came for a fun day in honor of my birthday, and I was expecting a relaxed and pleasant experience from start to finish. Instead, I felt that in the end everything was done under pressure, and there was almost no personal attention after the treatment. I am writing this out of a desire to improve, because you have a professional and charming team, and I truly believe that a little more time to get ready, a pleasant place to shower and get organized, and personal attention even at the end of the visit can significantly upgrade the experience.
