A real disappointment. She mostly stroked me, it was nice that I fell asleep a little. Claiming that I was really busy and didn't need another treatment and didn't have time to get to half my body because she focused on my shoulders being busy and asked me to come the next day for another follow-up treatment. Really rude. I paid 300 NIS and I wouldn't recommend it.

When we booked the treatment, we agreed on a Swedish massage with hot stones. We did not receive hot stones in the treatment. When we asked the therapists, they were very angry and did not know what we had agreed to when we booked. The stones were cold and they did not address our requests. The therapists talked to each other throughout the massage. We left covered in body butter and there was no soap in the shower. The therapists complained that we had showered for too long and that they wanted to go home. I will also point out that the spa is usually closed on Sundays, but the therapists agreed to come especially to give us the massage.
