It was a great experience, everyone was nice and relaxing, the atmosphere was respectful and good. I was so relaxed that the 50 minute treatment felt like 15 minutes. I feel like it's less for me in the long run, but I would recommend everyone to try it at least once.

Pampering and fun treatment!

I was really unhappy with the treatment. Last time I will come and I certainly will not recommend anyone to come earlier. We arrived five minutes late because of the parking and the staff had already complained and said that it would take away from the treatment time. Then two women came in. My mother and I, the machine that my mother used, did not work. So they had to change the machine until they had changed it for ten minutes and did not give us back a lot of things in the treatment. Serums and creams were not noticed because they claimed that they were doing Japan. Then, like a shampoo at a special salon without drying, they sent us away like that with wet hair and no pampering at all. I live in the sand and do this treatment a lot. There is nothing to compare at all. Average and below.

I arrived at the “Rosh” spa as a birthday present from my sisters, expecting a pampering and professional experience — in reality, I received a disappointing and inappropriate experience. Unfortunately, upon entering the treatment room, I encountered a serious hygiene problem: the bed had wet sheets, which should not happen anywhere that respects itself, and certainly not in a spa. The feeling was unpleasant and even repulsive, and this is really not a suitable basis from which to start a treatment. Furthermore, the therapist I received was noticeably inexperienced. The massage was unprofessional, inaccurate, and at a level that was completely out of line with a treatment that cost around 400 NIS. I felt like I was being treated by an intern without sufficient training, which raises questions about the level of supervision and standards at the place. Instead of enjoying and relaxing, I found myself waiting for the treatment to end. When I contacted the manager and explained the situation, I received an indifferent response, with no real solution. I was told that there was nothing that could be done, despite the apparent understanding — and that, in my opinion, was no less serious than the experience itself. In conclusion, this is a combination of lack of hygiene, lack of professionalism, and disappointing customer service. The place does not meet basic standards, and certainly does not justify the price. I will not return, and I do not recommend it!
