The service is good, the host who received us is very nice. The massage is also really good. When we entered there was no good, clean smell of oils and soaps that should characterize a spa, the place was full of flies, there are no decent soaps in the showers (just regular super soaps). And there is not enough privacy in the shower. The jacuzzi smelled bad and was not hot enough.

Hi, we arrived at the spa yesterday. The service was courteous. The treatment was good, as was the therapist. But unfortunately, the spa is not properly maintained. There were flies. The jacuzzi didn't smell good at all, and it wasn't hot at all, and the spa didn't have a pleasant spa smell.

There is no doubt that this is the most pampering spa in Eilat. I came for a day of pampering for myself after busy days and I received a perfect experience from the first moment. The place is clean, luxurious and decorated in a calm and pleasant atmosphere. I had a very high-level massage, the therapist was professional and charming and the service at the reception was kind and warm. We especially liked the privacy, calm and the attention to every little detail. The photos on the website are completely consistent with reality and even in reality the place looks more beautiful. Upon arrival, there was a feeling of a slightly tense atmosphere from the person who welcomed us. The place itself is quite small, the jacuzzi area is cramped and feels more like a small loft, and the jacuzzi itself was not hot enough. In addition, the sauna was not on when we entered it. Only later did the owner turn it on, but at this point we were already quite disappointed with the experience, we got ready and left. The part that disappointed me the most was the massage. I specifically asked for a strong massage, but in reality the massage was very weak, almost like caresses. There were moments when the therapist simply placed her hands on my back and neck without performing an actual massage. Out of embarrassment, I didn't say anything during the treatment, but I left with a very bad feeling. It is important to note that the friend who was with me actually said that he enjoyed his massage, so I am only describing my personal experience. As far as I am concerned, it did not feel like a professional Swedish massage and did not meet expectations.

A lovely, cozy, clean and inviting place. We were welcomed with a big smile, pampered with champagne. They maintain sterility. They went out of their way to make sure we were truly pampered and relaxed and had fun. Excellent massage. Score 10!! Highly recommended!
