The place is stunning and fun to stay in. The massage was excellent and the complex with the pool and hammam was also very pampering. However, the "heated" pool was cold and they kept leaving the door open, which made the whole place colder and it was annoying because it was cold outside. The shower was overflowing and they need to maintain the place - but overall we had a great time.

We arrived at the hotel in time for the breakfast we had booked and it turned out that the hotel did not serve breakfast and that we would receive lunch instead. We used the spa facilities until massage time and enjoyed it very much and the massage was excellent too. When the massage was over we went to the restaurant to have lunch, we waited for 40 minutes for someone to come take our order or even receive us (even after we went to reception to ask when they would come to us). After 40 minutes they came to take our order, we ordered a schnitzel and a hamburger and we waited another 40 minutes to receive the food. When the food arrived we received an embarrassing meal of frozen schnitzels and hamburgers from the supermarket, bland chopped salad and chips soaked in oil. For the price I paid for the whole package I probably expected to receive food of a much higher standard and certainly not a children's meal from the frozen section of the supermarket. The dining experience greatly disappointed the overall experience and it is a shame because the rest was simply excellent.

We were in the middle of a week, entrance + massage, a really high price compared to the level we actually received, the complex was almost empty, it was especially quiet, the Turkish bath was suffocating with the smell of dust and there was a dead fly in the hot water, there were repairs in the spa pool, a maintenance worker filled hot water from the same pool we swam in, which is so inappropriate and unacceptable. A beautiful place with potential for improvement

The massage place is excellent, both in terms of hospitality and cleanliness and the quality of the massage (although there were also a few areas that were damp and not repaired). At the same time, all the other spa facilities require urgent improvement. The indoor pool has mold on the ceiling, the heat and steam produce condensation on the ceiling that drips down. The showers are small, the men's have one shower, without a dressing area. The area next to the shower fills with water without a drainage option. The outdoor showers after the sauna are in an area that is supposed to be dry/the locker area, which means that they are constantly getting wet and the cleaning staff, including the reception staff, have to scoop up and rinse the water every few minutes (of course, this is not their fault, but simply poor planning of the spa area). My partner's shower was missing soap. These are small things we didn't expect to find in a hotel of this level. I hope they take note of them and fix them.
