Nice spa, very clean and relaxing. Parking, refreshments. Thanks to Khala from the reception who managed to arrange therapists in such a short time. The only downside was that we booked 2 therapists, one was good according to my wife and I had a therapist named Alona, Alona was less good, usually she did very very poorly and every now and then she was very painful so I didn't really enjoy it

Bad therapists, one of them doesn't do massage, she strokes and the whole treatment was done over the phone. Before the other couple entered, I told her and she did the same thing. This massage didn't justify the payment or the day we booked specifically for it.

To maintain: Roni treats at a very high level! To improve: 1. Incessant noise in the spa hallway during the 90-minute treatment. Loud conversations, and running a vacuum cleaner. Roni had to stop the treatment and go out and ask for quiet several times! 2. The shower is not ready for bathing at the end of the treatment: no towels, the floor is wet, the laundry basket is full, etc.

The therapist was charming and kind. The treatment was pleasant and good. The touch was precise and with a lot of listening. It was clear that the therapist was professional and the touch was also at the exact pace. I really enjoyed it and was really relaxed after the treatment. The spa is beautiful and clean and very pleasant to enter. The treatment rooms are very nicely decorated and relaxing.

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. What I received did not feel like a massage at all. There was no real work on the muscles, no professional technique, and no treatment that gave a feeling of release. I asked for a little more pressure to feel the massage, but was answered with explanations as to why it was impossible. I left with the feeling that I did not receive a massage at all, and certainly not one that justified the price paid.
