Spa at Carmela Boutique Haifa Hotel

Very nice therapist - deep tissue it wasn't. I didn't just ask for a deep treatment, it was nothing more than "summery" unfortunately. In addition, the receptionist charged us and only then said that the other facilities weren't working and we got a refund for breakfast.. We made time and took time off to stay there and enjoy the jacuzzi and rest and unfortunately we paid a lot of money for nothing.

Hello! First of all, I would like to give the 2 therapists a massage, there was a good atmosphere, a very professional massage and clear and good communication. We arrived at 11 to get a breakfast voucher before the treatment. The parking issue was unclear, so we waited a few minutes for an answer and permission to enter the parking lot. We were told where the entrance to the hotel itself was from the parking lot and we found the reception on our own. The voucher issue was not clear - the clerk gave us the voucher and told us to cross the road and go to Italiano. We explained to her that from our understanding we thought there was a matter of choosing breakfast. She noted that at the other places you probably have to pay an additional fee. We sat at Glass Bakery, they brought us an additional menu only for hotel and spa guests, which was really limited, and we decided to simply purchase breakfast to our liking. When we returned to the hotel, we didn't exactly understand where to wait and who we needed to talk to the clerk again. After going down to the spa twice and no one was there, we were told to go down again and wait inside. After the treatment, which was excellent, one of the therapists directed us to the jacuzzi upstairs, but when we went up again, we didn't understand exactly where to go because the door was locked. The clerk happened to be walking down the stairs and, by the way, told us that the jacuzzi wasn't working and detailed the problem, saying that we could come another day by prior arrangement. It's pretty annoying. Maybe next time it would be a good idea to update the customer about breakfast, how it's done, and what they get at every place that offers breakfast seating. And of course, if there's a problem at the place, you can inform the customer that they won't get the overall experience they paid for, and maybe arrange a new date or offer a replacement.

To maintain: The massage is excellent and professional. To improve: The showers in the spa: A. When I arrived, the showers were not ready, dirty, without towels, etc., etc. B. I asked to be notified before the treatment and to request cleaning. C. After the treatment, the (large) shower was indeed clean, but there were no towels in it. D. There was no hot water in the shower even though the tap had been open for 10 minutes.

My wife received the massage and said it was really professional and the masseuse was attentive and knew how to explain why it hurt in the places my wife was in pain, so the score is 5 out of 5.

The hotel is lovely and the service is wonderful and overall the whole experience was very pleasant. We had a great time! To improve - in terms of the massage itself, the masseuse was very nice, really, but she didn't hit the mark in terms of the touch I wanted and also worked mainly on the leg area and I would have preferred the back and shoulders. In the future I would love to return but I will probably try a different masseuse.

Warm welcome. The massage was excellent. It's just that it says the time is 45 minutes and we only got 49 minutes. Too bad...
