We were very disappointed. It's not called a spa but just a very inviting massage room. Expectations that didn't materialize at all and very fun. We will certainly not come back again and will not recommend.

Hello, I want to express my deep disappointment !!! I made a surprise to my partner for the New Year celebration and our acquaintance ... We arrived at the hotel and at the supposed reception did not know what and what it was about, there was a terrible and unbearable noise as if we were in the middle of a crowded market for people and children. The hotel does not look good and is not a boutique hotel to say the least and not as shown and I was told with representative Eden on the phone !! We went into the breakfast hall and no one cared / asked / checked who we were, a waiter came by who said "there" in the aisle which was extremely awful and I immediately objected! The meal was extremely poor, the food was cold and not at all plentiful, neither tasty nor the poorest selection that really does not represent a boutique hotel! Here too, there was a terrible noise and sound and felt like a factory where the workers went down to dine ... terrible and horrible! There is no "spa" in all, a disappointing little treatment room. The massage was nothing at all ... My spouse was very disappointed despite the effort of the kind therapist he tried but it wasn't "it" ... The atmosphere was not romantic and nothing, we were already looking to leave! No drinks or cookies and nothing !! We paid NIS 489 and what ?! The price is very exorbitant for a middle and lower place and I was very ashamed of my choice !! A horrible mistake!

Everything was fine just a shame the wifi was so weak we could not connect from the computer and watch online movies and also registered that we would get a robe and shoes for a spa spa and even though I went to a massage because my husband did not want and I peeled a massage with 4 hands anyway it is a rope that it feels and then a person feels Who did not receive what he was supposed to receive.
