    Hey, let's start with the positives - the therapists were excellent and we even got a tip. But.....and this is a big, huge but!! There was nothing like a spa here!!! And that's why we were very disappointed. We had been waiting on the first floor at the entrance to the hotel's spa since five o'clock. After they didn't answer the door, I went up to the room to get my cell phone and realized that they were looking for us. Only then, without any warning or explanation, did it turn out that there was no spa. Or maybe they offered the next day...? The treatments were good but without any atmosphere. Just a bed in the middle of the room. With the TV on. Without even being offered a glass of cold water..... (and we were early and rushed to get there from the far north). In general - we were really disappointed. Too bad.

    We booked a couples treatment and the booking process with Adam was excellent. My wife's treatment was fine, but my treatment was poor. The therapist was unprofessional. I doubt she knew how to massage at all. There were several times I had to stop her during the treatment because of unpleasant contact, for example scratching my scalp with her nails for a long time, or suddenly applying strong pressure to my knee, even though I had told her at the beginning of the process not to touch it because of an injury. I also recommend replacing the massage material, which felt like cheap Vaseline, was very difficult to remove from the body, and only came off after two showers.

    The treatment was overall good, so I also gave them a respectable tip... However, the room where my wife and I received the massage is not at all suitable for the task and is not suitable for someone who comes to receive treatment at a hotel that claims to be excellent.
