The spa is excellent, clean and tidy, the massage is of a high standard and we enjoyed the whole experience. One negative point is that sometimes instead of having a meal in the hotel's dining room, you can have a meal in the lobby instead, which was really bad for us and not up to the standard of everything the hotel offers, so be aware that you are having a meal in the dining room and not in the lobby - otherwise everything is beyond perfect!

The massage was amazing and the masseuses were lovely. Only when I arrived was the masseuse surprised that I was pregnant even though I had pre-ordered a pregnancy massage. So I think it's important to emphasize this to them before the massage. I'm also not sure they read the health declaration we wrote before the massage, which is also very important. Other than that, it was great but short. Thank you very much.

It was shocking, packed with people, no space, not enough food in the room, everything was lined up and it felt like they were pushing a lot of people into one place. The Turkish bath didn't work and they didn't mention it to us beforehand. They said there was parking for those who came, and when we arrived it said it was for hotel guests only. There aren't even sunbeds in the pool (there are about 5 and there aren't enough) there's not enough space and everything was packed and felt like a packed beach in Tel Aviv. I really don't recommend it. The worst value I've had for something I paid quite a bit of money for. There's no such disappointment
