From the moment we entered this place, we were left speechless. It's an amazingly beautiful place with pleasant smells in every corner. Everything is clean and tidy. Maria's welcome with a wide smile and quick response to every request leaves no room for doubt that this is indeed one of the best places we've visited. I recommend it to everyone!!!

The service and massage were beyond expectations. We thought we were coming to a beautiful place, and it turns out there is a place that combines everything. The clerks at the entrance took care of us and always smiled. They gave us amazing treatment during the massage. They made sure we enjoyed ourselves. It was really fun. We will definitely come again.

Unfortunately, they shortened our massage by about 10 minutes and it wasn't 45 minutes net for each of us, which is a shame. The price isn't particularly cheap for them to shorten it by almost 10 minutes for each of us... I mentioned this to the receptionist right away when we left, and for some reason we didn't even receive compensation for a drink or anything.

Today I was at the spa, everything was perfect, the place was clean, the service and attitude were excellent and good, but I was disappointed that I was promised a chocolate plate and a bottle of wine, and in fact I received four chocolates and two glasses of wine.

It was great, except for one small thing, I asked one of the employees where I could get a towel, I'm standing there in front of the reception that was filled with people, with a robe, I'm uncomfortable, I want to go in and take a shower, the employee tells me, to the girls, and continues on, you could have just brought it to me instead of making me wait like that at the reception for something as simple as a towel. I gave up on the towel in the end. It's unpleasant, and certainly not useful. She could have taken a towel and given it to me in a second, and not made me stand there

The experience today at Bima Sefer was simply perfect for me! I decided to arrive an hour early and enjoy the spa facilities - the jacuzzi, the lounge room, everything was perfect. And for the treatment itself - unfortunately I forgot the therapist's name but it was just one big wow! She was super professional, pleasant and caring, 75 minutes of pleasure and relaxation ❤️ I enjoyed every minute of the treatment - highly recommend! And thanks to the girl who spoke to me on the phone during the booking who recommended I upgrade to 75 minutes, totally worth it?

It was perfect at every level! Everything was neat and clean and the masseuses were professional and good! Everything was designed down to the smallest detail, including a hairbrush and soaps in the showers! I must mention the gorgeous Kelly who gave me service on the phone before we arrived and the receptionist who was there was also charming and showed us the place with a smile and patience. High level service ❤️ Highly recommend and know that we will come back again ❤️
