    We got a massage from Svetlana and Helen who were lovely and very professional! Highly recommended! One annoying thing, but very significant - we started the massage with music that felt like they had put on the speaker, but then music started from the main speaker of the place and they had to turn off their music. The main speaker was noisy, poor quality and shrill. The music was quite disturbing Chinese music, with drums, and really did not suit the tranquility of a spa. This was a part that spoiled it for us and it's a shame. Svetlana and Helen had no way to control the music.

    Our experience was simply horrifying. I have never had such a terrible experience. The entire roof of the hotel was dismantled without mattresses on the beds, a sunbed full of pigeon poop, and when we asked at the reception where the pool was, we were told that they do not take care of it, that it is neglected and smelly, and that we should not enter it. The bathrooms in the hotel were broken and we had to to go to other toilets. The massage was very weak and we left as if we didn't do it at all. And in addition to that I paid for a package that includes breakfast. When in practice breakfast is not served on Shabbat. And it was included in the package. In short, a disgusting hotel. I do not recommend it to anyone!!!!!
