We were late for breakfast. Amazing in my opinion. Friday. Good customer service. The clerk let us go eat breakfast and then pay. It says a lot about the hotel and their employees. We will be back again. My husband and I really enjoyed it. There is privacy. Delicious food. Highly recommend.

The secretary was sweet and smiling, and created a pleasant atmosphere from the beginning. The therapist (I don't remember her name, she is of Russian origin) did a precise job exactly according to what I needed. She didn't talk unnecessarily, she simply worked professionally, for which she deserves many thanks and all the best! The treatment room was stunning. However, it is worth improving the dressing room and the pool area so that they maintain the same design and aesthetic line (clean and relaxing) of the treatment room.

The receptionist is unpleasant and loud, the masseuses are unprofessional. The guy in charge is pleasant and very nice. In a beautiful place, the rooms lack a pleasant atmosphere.

The amazing Yaarit welcomed us with a smile and generosity, taking care of everything we asked for. We were pampered with a massage with the champion therapists Natalie and Natalia. We came from the center for the second time and there is no doubt that we will return again.
