The massage by Yael was excellent, professional, thorough and pleasant. The lockers are a bit too small. It's a shame there was no heating in the waiting room. The place is very beautiful. The breakfast is rich and delicious.

My experience at the spa was below any professional standard. I arrived for a massage that I had paid for in advance, and instead of receiving service, I received arguments from the masseuse claiming that I was not allowed to receive treatment because of the surgery I had two months ago. No one bothered to mention this at the time of booking, and even when the situation was discovered on the spot – I did not receive any solution. The secretariat did not provide a response, did not offer an alternative, no compensation or refund. They simply left me without treatment and without responsibility on their part. This is unprofessional, unserviceable and disrespectful conduct. I will definitely not return and will not recommend.

They didn't explain that parking through them is subsidized at 20 NIS, but offered us the option to pay at Pango as well, but they didn't say that at Pango the parking would cost us 50 NIS! And at Pango they charged me 50 NIS when I left. In short, the service at the spa was mediocre, and the massage wasn't anything at all...

Stunning place, amazing attitude, it is recommended to arrive an hour or two before the massage in order to enjoy the rest of the psilit of the place, such as a hot and pampering jacuzzi, a sauna, and more.
