The experience was not pleasant for me. The head massage was painful and unpleasant. The smell of the shampoo was terrible. My hair was hard and she worked with combs that hurt my scalp a lot. I asked several times for the water to cool down and I didn't feel the water spray that I was supposed to enjoy (I doubt she used it). Most of the treatment the water tap was open and the noise was terrible (like when you turn on a strong water tap on your ear). Instead of calming it down, it was really annoying. The therapist was not nice and I didn't understand what she was doing (she had black hair with bangs and glasses). In short, I was really pissed off. I paid a considerable amount and I felt like I was being worked on. I hope you will consider it.

The bed was terrible, I get a lot of massages, my back has never hurt so much that in the second half of the massage I just couldn't enjoy it and all I wanted was for it to end.

The bed was a torture bed, the top part of it was not attached and moved throughout the treatment, which caused me to suffocate in the hole of the face. The bed is not straight, the top and legs are higher than the middle, which put me in a hammock position for most of the treatment. There was no towel in the hole of the face, which caused pain in the forehead area that rests directly on the board and the seam of the skin. It also does not feel aesthetic without a towel. There is no place for the masseuse to wash her hands when moving from the legs to the face. And there is no towel to wipe the oil at the end.
