Bad from start to finish between the 'promise' and reality, a difference between heaven and earth. We paid dearly for a hair wash, we didn't get anything beyond that. Very disappointing, this is the level.

1) They took 6 minutes off the treatment time, meaning the therapists entered the room 2 minutes after the time and finished the massage 4 minutes before the time, and this after it was written that we paid for a 45-minute treatment. 6 minutes is a lot of time that could have been spent doing a massage!
