I enjoyed the treatment, the therapist Javier worked professionally. I was bothered by the fact that there was no hook to hang my robe on, the bed was high and there was no lever to get up or to lower the bed.

The treatment was in a really small room, the bed had to be dragged during the treatment. In addition, they let me in 5 minutes late and also finished 5 minutes early, meaning the treatment was 40 minutes instead of the 50 I paid for.

I closed at 3:30 PM and then they called to tell me there was no room, after I had already closed, so I closed at 2:30 PM and then when I arrived they told me to arrive at 3:30 PM and that it seemed like I had closed at that time. In addition, I booked an exfoliating massage (for sure) and they gave me a hot stone massage, which I discovered during the massage. The massage itself was good even though the masseuse asked me questions to adjust the treatment for me and my partner's daughter, and they didn't ask, and it clearly lowered her and the quality of the treatment, even though the massages themselves were very pleasant and good and it seems that the masseurs generally know how to work, thank you for that.

Changed at the 90th minute to a male masseuse instead of a female. The jacuzzi and sauna are constantly full of hotel guests, so it's not pleasant to go in before/after the treatment.

very low level. A neglected place. Minus amateur massage. The room is too small for a massage. Every moment dragging with the bed to another side. Unpleasant background noises. There is no music as in any spa, wet sauna does not work. Transparent shower does not lock with a gap in the door we were supposed to get wine glasses. didn't happen There is no doubt that I will not recommend the place. vice versa. I won't be back either. All in all a really bad experience
