There was an excellent massage, a courteous couple of therapists and services that answered every request, personal attention and examination regarding our satisfaction before, during and after the massage. It should be noted that the location of the massage room, does not allow noise isolation and that throughout the massage there was a lot of noise from the hotel lobby located just below.

Huge disappointment! I bought a package - with a meal, a salt room meal .. we did not receive a meal, not a salt room that was closed.

The goal was to stay in a salt room. The room is beautiful and cozy but open and not as salty as expected in such a room. The massage was good and the maid was pleasant.

Do not tend to write a review but this time it is really necessary - we came out disappointed and very angry from the treatment! First of all, the room of the sailor located in the heart of the lobby when two weddings took place in parallel, there was an unreasonable noise throughout the treatment. Beyond that four times people entered the room during and even after the treatment, the music was very weak and the place was lit. Beyond that it is not clear to us what the purpose of the salt room was, no difference was felt from regular treatment and also the treatment itself was reasonable minus on the unprofessional frontier. Once we finished the treatment we left the hotel, without checking if there are spa facilities like Jacuzzi and pool because we just wanted to walk away.

We arrived from another city to celebrate a birthday. Despite a pre-approved reservation for 3 women, we did not receive any treatment (after a 45 minute wait) it is not really a spa. Barely a treatment room. We were greatly distressed.

Horror service! We booked a spa for my husband's birthday, we arrived at 10:00 to make up for breakfast which is served until 11:00, the cab looked at us in shock saying there is no one connected to the spa and the spa is not open on Saturday! After attempts by the Kevet to find out that we would even be able to go in to eat he said there was no permit and we would go! Disgust in my life I have not been so humiliated !!!!! I really hope for you to return all the money to me 100% otherwise I will sue you!
