The experience of the place itself was excellent, but the massage was simply shocking. 50 minutes of just caressing. The oil was cold, and the attitude of the masseuses was simply unpleasant. It's a shame that for such a price you charge, this is our experience as an audience.

The therapist was very good. The reception in the waiting room needed improvement. The coffee and sugar were empty, and the milk was empty. I would be happy if they also added black coffee to the room and not just Ness Coffee.

The spa was really good, it's just a shame they don't say you have to bring a swimming cap to get into the pool and a shame they don't say you have to bring a lock for the locker, other than that it was really good.

Hello, I enjoyed Siri's massage if I'm not mistaken. This is the second time I've been to your place. It's just a shame you don't have robes because you have to go downstairs to shower and it's not nice for a girl to go down wrapped in a towel. I bring my own towels but I didn't get to buy a bathrobe. It's also a shame you don't have locks and you have to bring your own. Overall, everything is good.

Hello, I was happy to receive treatment from the amazing Michal! Professional, humane,. She managed to create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. This national I received shocking treatment from a therapist, saving the welcome. He spoke rudely, from the first moment I approached him asking where the spa was because I got a little lost. I didn't even have time to say hello, he shouted at me to go take a shower. I explained to him what I was looking for, I received information. After the massage, I showered, put on a swimsuit and a hotel robe, I arrived at the pool again in a really unpleasant way, he approached me about a shower. He asked if I showered at a hotel. I had to save body parts to show him the drops of water that were left in order to continue walking. After the jacuzzi, he didn't let me enter the pool because I didn't have a hat. But my hair is short and I was told by the telephone guidance that a hat is for long hair. On the other hand, men with hair the length of my hair entered the pool without a problem! And he didn't ask any of them if they showered! Ruined my mood for a fun day that I was looking forward to and chose a place that was as good as I thought it would be! I felt humiliated by his screaming in front of everyone, when I told him that he doesn't treat everyone equally he screamed that I wouldn't run the place for him. I really hope there are more sane managers above him who can explain to him that there are ways to convey information, what lines include and how easy it is to lose a reputation because for example, even though I planned to return to Michal and take another spa day, now I will go somewhere else for sure
