Hello, on 7.426 20 I booked a spa for 1:00 PM at Holmesplace Tel Aviv Azrieli. It is important for me to note that this was the second night of Passover. And none of your representatives bothered to tell me that the place works until 2:00 PM when I closed the reservation. As a result, we arrived on time to do the spa. And then we found out that the place was closed and we did not have time to enjoy the spa facilities. Furthermore, it is important for me to note that the masseuse was not nice at all and was not helpful and the massage level was very low and unprofessional. In addition, we did not receive robes. There were not even cups to make hot or cold drinks in the spa. And they did not even let us shower after the massage because they wanted to close the place already and one of the employees shouted at us to get out in a very brutal way. I will no longer reach anyone from your network. In addition, I opened a complaint in the public relations about poor service and lack of information about the closing hours of the place. I ask for my money back because the payment is unjustified. If you don't refund my payment, I will personally complain about you and give you a bad name everywhere, and I will make sure that no one comes to your spa.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I didn't get a massage. 50 minutes of talking. They explained to me how to do a massage at home. And in the end, they also told me there was no time for a massage. I learned that they didn't have time to take a break, so she had to drink the whole time she was with me. The place is clean, the people are very nice, the service is excellent, the jacuzzi is fine, the pool is small and you must bring a towel because you are not allowed in without one, the spa lobby is small but pleasant, the massage was professional.

I only used the massage and it was wonderful and professional. It looks like a spa with good facilities. Unfortunately I don't live in the area so I won't be able to use it regularly. I will definitely come for the full experience when I'm in Tel Aviv again
