I was already tired of all the hassle of finding the place at all because it turns out that there are 2 elevators in this mall and I got off in the wrong elevators (this is not indicated anywhere by the way and I only found out when I called while I was there) and to get to the spa I *had* to go down a lot of stairs. I came for a fun day, not to exert myself when I have difficulty with stairs, so another receptionist told me that I could also go down in the elevator one floor down and get there from there. A bizarre entrance, with a lock that you have to press for someone to open it for you, not even a legitimate entrance, more like a back entrance, so those who have difficulty with stairs receive this very pleasant hospitality. When I entered, there was another receptionist there from whom I could get a lock for the locker, but only until 7 pm, when you have to return it. I booked a massage in the afternoon and arrived early to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. The pool was quite small and not very deep, and the jacuzzi was not hot enough, but overall reasonable, the dry sauna was really great! If it weren't for the masseuse himself, I would have rated it 1 or 2 stars, but the masseuse who treated me was really great, did a great job, and if I come back, that's the only reason. He specifically deserves 5 stars.

I didn't have a pleasant experience at all. I was 10 minutes late. Even though I arrived at the place, we just got mad in the parking lot. There were a million entries. So instead of being considerate, they took my husband out ahead of time. So instead of 50 minutes, it was a total of 35 minutes. They would charge full price. We did the couples massage for me it was a good experience but my partners masseuse was on his phone throughout the treatment, barely did the massage, and left the client feeling that it was less than adequate. This massage cost hundreds of shekels and the result was worth far less than that, very disappointed. I have yet to hear back from the spa regarding the experience despite complaining to 2 different workers and talking to the spa about it already.
