The only thing that was good was the massage, but everything else was in general decline - in the atmosphere and service - very old robes and towels, not white at all. No warning in advance that slippers are not provided like in most other spas. There was no milk for the coffee and not even one type of cookie for the coffee. And despite the excellent massage, this really hurts the overall feeling.

The service was not pleasant, all the fun that used to be in the spa is gone. There is no rest room, the corner cafe is just pathetic. We took breakfast included - terrible service and a meal that does not deserve to be called breakfast.

Horrible. The place is outdated. The therapist "caressed" me. You can't call it a massage. The aftercare was horrible. It's a shame to call it breakfast. There wasn't even cheese. No robes. Just a shame.

The place was poorly maintained, there were no robes ("waiting for them to come back from the laundry"), and there were no slippers. The locker rooms (shared with the gym) were down a particularly unpleasant concrete hallway, so we found ourselves walking back and forth with a towel, barefoot, between the locker rooms and the treatment rooms. There was a suspicion of mold on the rim of the jacuzzi, when we were greeted by a trash can with a bottle of bleach in it. The reception had a different time listed than what we received on the confirmation of the treatment, so we found ourselves waiting 20 minutes at the reception for our treatment.

I told the masseuse to go harder the first time and she didn't listen and I didn't feel comfortable asking again so can I say I enjoyed it? I'd be lying, I was disappointed.

We had a couples massage that was reasonable, nothing more than that. The therapist was just fine, the therapist was clearly not nice. It feels like a gym, not a spa. It starts from entering the place to using the facilities. They didn't ask us if we were suffering from something or were sensitive, they just did a massage and that's it. I won't be going back there. Very amateurish.

The message before arrival stated "there are flip-flops" and there were none. We also took bathrobes last. There is no service at the reception at all. Hamuda was sitting at the computer and could not tell us where to go, what to do without flip-flops. We left the room without paying and no one noticed. If we hadn't come back to pay, they wouldn't have cared. There is no service at all. As soon as we looked in the basket for dirty clothes, there was a lot of dirt there
