I would be happy if you could give me an answer to what happened to me. My parents are staying at the Sheraton Hotel and we also purchased a breakfast voucher with a massage for them. They arrived at the hotel this morning, said the name of the reservation, and at the spa reception they were told that the double room was not listed, but a single room. After we showed them the reservation confirmation, they were also told that it was not found and that we would contact the place where I ordered the voucher. After I tried to reach them after 45 minutes, the representative at the reception, after waving at my parents and treating them disdainfully, called them back and said that he had made a mistake in the name of the reservation and that there was a double reservation and only then did he accept them, so they had to get to the hotel dining room under time pressure without enjoying a calm meal until the dining room closed. Then they arrived for their massage at 12:00, waited in the waiting room and were not told to pick them up at 12:00. After they contacted the reception representative again, he said they would wait and they were already coming. They only arrived at 12:10 and the massage started at 12:15 and ended at 12:50, meaning they received them fifteen minutes late and finished with them on time even though we paid for a 50-minute massage! Regardless, the massage was beyond criticism. They were received by someone who didn't seem to be from the field at all, and the treatment was not what was expected. I demand financial compensation for this, for the fact that we paid for a 50-minute massage and they received less, and for the whole breakfast thing, which in the end they couldn't enjoy because everything was under time pressure!

It was a great massage! It's always fun to fall for a professional masseuse who knows exactly what she's doing. Even though we booked a couples treatment room, it wasn't available. We're supposed to get a credit that I haven't seen yet.

Great breakfast, I wasn't at the hotel, we were at the beach and came back for a massage, the massage was a little less good. Reasonable shower, no conditioner. In my opinion, a little expensive for such an experience. But we enjoyed the day itself.

Only an hour before the treatment date and after I had already arrived at the location, I received a unilateral cancellation notice. This last-minute behavior completely ruined the planned surprise and caused a lot of heartache and a significant waste of time. Complete lack of professionalism.

I was at the spa and it was really great! I lost my hotel parking ticket in the spa complex and was charged an unreasonable amount of 240 NIS. First, I would be happy to receive compensation because it is unreasonable that I paid so much money just because I lost the ticket while I was a client of the spa for which I also paid a considerable amount. Needless to say, none of the staff took responsibility for the matter and did not assist in finding the ticket or helping with parking. Second, it is recommended to arrange parking in front of the hotel and the clients so that such a frustrating situation does not arise again.
