The experience at your spa at Allenby 1 was an ongoing nightmare. 1. During the arrival confirmation phase, the clerk told me that the spa is in the El Al building. I got there and parked there. No one answered the phone when I tried to find out what was wrong. After checking with random people I realized that it was in Allenby 1. I went on foot and when I arrived I was met with a series of puzzling and angry failures. The guard at the entrance looked like a neglected cleaning worker who was busy with private phone calls. And when he turned to me in a market style with a question. hello Where are you going? To the hotel I answered him. Are you staying here at all? I just kept walking so as not to answer him for his insolence and rudeness. 2. At the reception I was directed towards the book. There are escalators, the clerk informed me. But they didn't work. I had to walk down. on the disabled stairs. 3. I asked the receptionist who was sitting with her knee resting on the table. Indifferent but smiling an evil smile. To my question why the stairs don't work. She shrugged nonchalantly. 3 I entered the massage room, the masseuse explained to me what I should do and left. Then... I tried to get on the massage bed that reached up to my shoulders. (My height is 1.41 cm.) And I had to climb on the bed with difficulty. The room was dirty. The whole time I was lying on the bed during the massage I saw his hand used on the floor. The ceiling was repaired negligently. And there was a warehouse atmosphere. The music blared. And the massage was absolutely mediocre. the abbreviation A shocking experience. At the level of Lower Delhi. I forgot to mention it was my birthday. 75 years. And this whole nightmare that I paid for with the best of my money has become both a nightmare and an insult. Brown hotels? seriously? Now I will post it on all social networks. Because it's a shameful disrespect for customers.

I booked a place at the spa and they didn't answer my phone, they didn't get back to me, they didn't call me... they didn't approve my request, there's no one to talk to, and there's no service. If I see a charge even though I didn't arrive, I will access other means.

We were very disappointed to find out that there is no pool at the hotel even though on your website it is written that the voucher includes a stay at the pool. We built our whole day of birthday celebrations around it and practically after two hours we had nothing to do in the hotel. Putting that aside, the massage and spa staff were very helpful and professional but unfortunately our whole day was ruined when we found out that we just wasted an entire day on a pool that didn't exist.

The spa was in poor condition, the jacuzzi is small and the top is falling apart. There was no tanning bed and everything you wrote that there is. A small and really poor place. We wanted to spend a fun day and it was dirty and not clean. The massage was good, the clerk is charming, but the place is beyond criticism and disappointing.

The place is neglected and not pleasant at all. There was no hot water to activate the jacuzzi. The receptionist understood the problem and said she would cancel the reservation without obligation. A few hours before the visit we were informed that our sessions are split - two at 5 pm as we ordered and the third at 6 pm, which means splitting up. We would not have ordered if there was no possibility to order three massages at the same time. We were very disappointed and they moved us to another hotel of the Brown chain. The hot tub on the roof was not active. The facilities were dirty and uninviting.

We really enjoyed the treatment itself, the masseuses were very professional. It's a shame that the receptionist is unhelpful and unpleasant, but unfortunately this is probably the behavior of all Lighthouse Hotel employees. Our voucher included breakfast and the attitude of the employees in the dining room is disgraceful

I ordered mesag for a couple, my daughter did not enjoy it very much. They did not ask her the degree of difficulty of the mesag and did not feel a sense of satisfaction from the mesag they petted. She didn't want to embarrass the massagist. At the time the son Sug was with a man and asked him the same and was satisfied. Too bad we paid a lot of money and the daughter is not satisfied.
