We were very disappointed… We didn’t get robes, and we didn’t have a place to change clothes before the treatment (they let us into the room a minute before). There is no organized place to wait, we wait in a stairwell by the hotel elevator. It was cold in the room and throughout the treatment we heard the noise of drums and people, there was background music to balance it out but it didn’t really help. When we asked if we could get robes, they said no, and we didn’t get slippers either. After we asked for a towel for the pool, they brought it to us. The treatment itself, unfortunately, wasn’t worth the price and we left disappointed with the experience and the price. The pool area is very nice, so the only star. We won’t be back and won’t recommend it.

The massage was excellent. However, the overall experience was very bad. We arrived for a spa day. A fun day. Everything was coordinated and paid in advance. The experience with the person we booked was excellent. When we arrived, we asked for robes. The weather was very inclement on Thursday and it was cold in the pool. In general, we really like to go take a shower to relax and prepare ourselves for a massage. When I went down to ask, the manager at the front desk told me that they don't accept robes. I explained that it was part of the experience and that it was also something that was accepted everywhere. He told me that he understood but there was no. He was not attentive and did not provide a solution.

The second time I've been to you, the massage was - sorry - bad. I felt the therapist's inexperience (Zorina?), I didn't enjoy the touch (it felt very random) to the point where I looked at the clock to see when it was over. Disappointing... My friend who was with me said she was fine.
