Overall, I had a great time. We were in the pool, then a shower and a massage during the treatment itself - I enjoyed the upper part 7 out of 10, the lower part 9 out of 10.

This is my second time at the hotel and spa, this time I had a perfect pregnancy massage! It's worth it!

The massage itself was really good, the party a little less so. It wasn't as organized and pampering as desired.

Helpful therapists, very good massage. The location of the massage room is a bit strange, located as one of the rooms on the 1st floor of the hotel and not on a separate floor of the spa.

The treatment was excellent, the taste is disappointing. We paid for a day in the bath. In fact, we were told to arrive after 12, which was rainy at the time and the pool was not heated. We were told that we would receive a glass of wine at the entrance as compensation. We did not receive any. I am from the tourism industry and I do not drink wine. I just wanted to see the approach. I will not bring customers here.

The truth is that we were very disappointed with the low level of maintenance of the place. Even when we tried to go to the pool, everything was neglected and unpleasant. This is not a place suitable for a birthday celebration.

My massage personally was really unsuccessful. My whole back was sore the day after and the massage itself felt unpleasant and pressing, and there were moments when it was unclear what the masseuse was doing, but there is no doubt that it was not a pinching massage or the like. I personally will never return to this spa again in my life.

It was obvious... They didn't answer the phone when we arrived, they didn't welcome us at the reception, the therapists sat in the room and didn't come out to us. We even had to look for them and figure out where the treatment was being done.
