I arrived with my partner for a fun day at the spa, it was reasonable, the jacuzzi, the flow was slow, not like before. We did not enjoy the variety in the dining room, it was at a low level of 3 stars

It was my birthday and I had to calm down from the whole situation. So my mind went straight to the spa, the stunning therapist was already waiting for me, all the spa facilities are perfect, the treatment and empathy really deserve the praise of the spa girls, thank you ❤️ The hotel is stunning, calm and peaceful. The sea is within walking distance. I went to reception to get breakfast and there wasn't that much time, so Nouriel from reception was kind and attentive (you won him, an amazing person!) changed me for lunch so that the stay was extended. I had time to go to the beach to return to the spa. I just had fun! Just a very important thing, fix the showers please, it's just not competent and esthetic. Other than that perfect I will come back again. promise :)

The nannies are amazing and professional and most importantly the services, everything was amazing except for one thing... there is no soap and shampoo in the showers... we couldn't take a normal shower after a pool with salt and a sauna! These then I have to bring with me when I pay a considerable amount. Hope you take care of the issue.
