The food was not good I didn't like that the spa facilities were not part of the spa location The massage was weak even though I told it to press hard

My partner and I experienced a treatment that was below our expectations. The therapists were nice but it felt very casual. The changing rooms were not clean and had an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, we left with a negative experience. This is not my first time at the spa, but it is my partner's first time and he has shown no willingness to return.
