Excellent massage, and the spa itself is clean. Beyond that, a very weak experience. There is no jacuzzi or other facilities. And the hotel is embarrassing, with a pool that is actually a bathtub and is outdated.

It wasn't a good massage at all. The therapist seemed inexperienced at all, there was nothing like a normal, logical massage. It sucks terribly to celebrate a birthday like this.

It was reasonable, I ate breakfast and then I threw up and then I went for a massage which was at 10:00. Overall the massage was nice and reasonable.

A lovely place! First and foremost, the service from the receptionist was above and beyond expectations - we were greeted with a smile, professionally and politely, and were offered everything - champagne, tea, and even excellent cookies. The masseuse was amazing. An excellent experience in a very, very pleasant place.

We were promised a massage with 2 therapists and I also confirmed it and chose a specific time because of this. In fact, at the last minute they announced that there was a male and female therapist. In the end, the therapist was inexperienced. You can't even call it a massage!!! The therapist was good. Disappointment that I ordered something and got something else.

The therapist did not make personal contact with me; he did not tell me his name, he was not interested in knowing what I would expect from the missile, what body movements would be painful, etc. The treatment was very simple and I did not feel that I received a service that was worth the money. I tried to cancel 24 hours before and they wouldn't let me. I had to come with someone else due to my sister's serious illness. I paid full price and they asked me for another 120 shekels per person for entry to a very small pool with no room to breathe. Disappointing, disappointing, disappointing!!

It was just really bad. First time I've waited for a massage to end. My therapist was nice and did a crappy job. My husband's therapist was antipathetic and did a reasonable job. The receptionist wasn't surprised when I told her it was bad.. The pool is a tub that we luckily checked out before paying an extra 240 NIS to splash around in. Ok, not recommended in case I wasn't clear..

Unfortunately, our experience at the spa was very disappointing and unprofessional. From the very first moment, the girl at the reception was very unpleasant and condescending. Her attitude towards us was aggressive, impatient and disrespectful, and already upon entering we felt a very unpleasant atmosphere. The pool was also very disappointing – there were a lot of people in it and it was very cold, so we were not really able to enjoy it. Regarding the massage, we requested two massages in advance, but at the last minute they changed it and brought me a male massage therapist. The massage itself was really unprofessional and unpleasant. The touch was very aggressive and strong, and not gentle or relaxing as expected from a massage at a spa. In addition, one of the masseuses kept shouting, which was very inappropriate for the atmosphere and experience we expected to receive. We expected to receive professional, pleasant and respectful service, but unfortunately we received exactly the opposite. The whole experience was very disappointing, and we are really not satisfied and do not recommend the place.

The massage at the spa was excellent and as expected the masseuses were professional and helpful. Since we arrived early before 9:00, there was no one at the spa reception until 10:00 to welcome us. We had to manage independently in the morning at the hotel. I recommend that in the future you take care of first guests who are not from the hotel the day before or in another way.
