The hotel is amazing and the spa is beautiful and good! One drawback is the locker rooms, which are very small, there is only one shower and no hair dryer.... The attitude of the lifeguard (who is also in charge there in general) was not pleasant.

Needs maximum improvement to say the least, the bathing area simply does not meet any standard of a self-respecting spa, beyond the fact that it is one and only and tiresomely crowded, the question is how did you not pay attention to this, how do you expect a number of women to crowd there together?! And the shower itself is disgusting, the taps are out of order, the shampoo is stuck in the wall, it really does not match the amount you charge for such a day, very disappointing!!! This shower area is part of the experience and in this case the experience is ruined.

It was a nice massage. We enjoyed it. Personally, when I come to the Carmel Forests Spa, especially for a much higher price than other places, I would like to leave feeling that I received value for the money I paid. I didn't see a different response here than other massages I've been to.

A beautiful place, Masag rooms are pampering, an excellent lunch in the lobby, the only drawback that needs immediate improvement is that there is only one shower for women and you have to wait in line to shower like in the army. In addition, . In a luxury spa, it is appropriate to leave bathing equipment in a locker, and after bathing I was missing it because I relied on it and got pissed off....all in all good

The breakfast was excellent and the massage excellent! The staff is very kind and helpful. But, later in the spa facilities there were a lot of children in the pool who made quite a bit of noise and commotion.. I assume they are hotel guests. Since there is a pool intended only for hotel guests, it seems to me that it is correct that the spa's pool should only be for spa guests. It makes for less of a "fun day at the spa" atmosphere, which is why we also went early instead of enjoying the spa facilities... and it's a shame. At such a price, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for a quieter atmosphere.

We arrived for breakfast from the movies. Really excellent, rich and tasty Talia. Excellent service. Message to my husband. Tissues deep, he was very pleased. I have a classic massage. Nice . All in all, a pleasant stay, although a little expensive, because the spa facilities were limited, only an indoor pool, which is a shame. A gym that we didn't use, because it suited us less. The sauna is really good. Everything is in a very limited area.
