The massage was excellent and the facilities are maintained, a few problems: 1. There is no coffee machine, we will be moving forward in 2026 with a capsule coffee machine that costs 200 NIS 2. There is no public smoking area in the spa, they send you outside to smoke and stand without a seating area, a bit unprofessional, I come to relax, the minimum is a smoking area with tables, chairs and an ashtray

Very low level of maintenance. Dining room was dirty and really disgusting to sit there. Spa was very unmaintained with broken floor and loose ledges with danger of falling and no lifeguard. And rust everywhere

It was a bad experience. - We arrived at the dining room in the morning - breakfast was not fresh and was not renewed. The omelets were dry and burnt, when we asked for more they said it was over, the bread was mostly dry. They did not renew the fruit (if there was any at all), at 9:15 there was only pineapple from a can. - After that, we arrived at the hotel pool and were told that we could not sit on the sunbeds because the area with the beds was closed to guests doing Shabbat Chatan (even though in reality no one was there and only equipment was placed on all the beds). We were not told this when we closed the "fun day". - The massage itself was good, as was the attitude of the receptionist.
