    Everything was excellent, it's just a shame that the treatment was done with disposable gloves, which made the rubbery touch unpleasant. The water temperature in the salt pool was too high for my taste.

    Hello, in a conversation with the receptionist, I was promised a heated saltwater pool, in addition to a massage. When we asked to enter, the floor was full of water. The water in the pool was not hot. The pool pillows were broken. The receptionist left and there was no one to talk to. I would appreciate it if you would get back to me.

    An amazing place, the most pampering and professional treatments...the best masseuses there are (and I've been to many places in Israel and around the world). And the place offers additional unique and special treatments, all in a homely and pleasant atmosphere. This is my third time and certainly not the last.

    The massage was excellent, the sauna was great, as was the salt pool. What was annoying was that I waited about 20 minutes after the sauna because I didn't know where the pool was and there was no one to guide me. Overall, I give it a high score. Thank you.

    The massage was excellent and the hospitality was pleasant, the place was clean and tidy. The sauna was excellent and private, but floating in the water was a bit of a disappointment because you can't really float, the pillow was torn and didn't keep your head out of the water and the current was too strong and didn't allow for calm floating. The water was too hot and the pool was too small and too shallow, not suitable for lying down and felt unhygienic. That's all, we had a great time, worth the money. Thank you very much!

    Hi, I wanted to say that the experience this time, unlike the first time which was simply excellent, was not good. There was some kind of confusion or overbooking with another client, which made the whole treatment feel rushed. My therapist had to leave several times in the middle of the massage to deal with the angry client, and it really hurt my experience and my wife's sense of privacy since the door opened repeatedly and there were people in the waiting area. Because of all the speed and pressure, they probably didn't get tea at the end. The massage itself was good and I'm sure they did their best, but the lack of a receptionist was noticeable, and it was pretty clear that there was some kind of overbooking or mistake, which is a shame. I'm just pointing out that we came to celebrate a birthday and we left feeling a bit disrespectful of the situation.

    The most shocking place I've ever been to!!! I was traumatized!!! Everything is full of mold, smelly, neglected and dirty. The place is very small, and the clerk stuck to us and stood above us... Not only that, she then moved to sit with us!! We are in a couple experience, what's the connection?? We were told to arrive at 4 pm for a massage and that we could be "at the spa" until seven. In reality, the massage didn't start on time, we arrived at 3:50 pm and waited half an hour to get in for a massage. We had a massage, then we went to the sauna and then the next stop was the filthy "pool". The clerk said she would turn off the light for us after half an hour and that way we would know that time was up, in reality she went home!!!! Luckily, after 10 minutes of being there I discovered this, and that's because I went out to get something from my bag. At six o'clock they had already arranged for the place to close, so it's really not until seven as promised. The masseuses are not at all attentive to what we wrote down on the form. I specifically asked not to massage my lower back and to focus on my upper back, but she actually did it on my lower back and when I thought she was about to massage my upper back, she said the massage was over. I don't understand why they took so much money from us for such a humiliating thing. I have no idea if they operate under a license from the Ministry of Health because with all the people there, there's definitely no supervision or control.

    Perfect place, I come every week, it's fun to go there, the staff is pleasant and nice, they always welcome me with a big smile. The therapists are of a high standard and professional!!!! A variety of treatments including a head spa, infrared, salt water bath... After one treatment I already purchased a card. Are you already waiting for the next treatment?

    There is a lack of an operator at the entrance and throughout the complex, even though it is small. If the masseuses are in a massage, there is no one to receive you or give you an answer. There was a situation where people were brought in and then one of the masseuses had to leave and come back and we did not get any more time. Everything else was perfect. The massage was really excellent and I do it every month. The only thing that bothered me was the use of gloves, their folds are noticeable on the body and are not pleasant.
