The worst massage I've ever received and I've had bad massages in the past. I felt like I was getting a caressing massage. At the end of the massage, the masseuse said I had body problems and therefore couldn't perform a massage. I definitely won't return or recommend it. The most unnecessary 300 NIS I've ever wasted.

Ri, I left feeling drained and disappointed. As someone who understands types of massages and techniques, the experience was far from professional: • Lack of technique: The massage felt like an apprentice's work. Instead of a logical sequence and organized work, the treatment amounted to shaking the body in discomfort and applying oil and pressing without purpose. • Gap between registration and execution: Despite filling out a preferences form (intensity, hot towel, etc.), none of this was reflected in the treatment room. • Service at the reception: When I left and expressed my criticism to the secretary, instead of accepting responsibility, she tried to explain to me "what a massage is." A self-respecting place should not allow a patient to leave feeling like she was "shaken like a fish" for an hour. A waste of time and energy.

Listen, the therapist who treated me is stunning, professional, gentle, knows the anatomy of the skeleton, it's obvious. I was a little disappointed at first, I asked for no oil at all, and she applied it to me, but she quickly stopped, apologized, and was empathetic and gentle in making eye contact. Thank you very much. I would love to come to her again.
