I am disappointed with the overall experience the mashaz was good but everything around it was on the face they said there would be a heated pool there was not they said the spa was open until 7 we waited until 3:20 for the spa to open and when the mashaz was over they closed the spa for us and we had to ask the clerk to light a tsavana for us except for the mashaz a simply bad experience

The food was delicious and the service in the restaurant excellent! In the spa it was much less pleasant, the therapist was late and under pressure and this was felt in the treatment. At the end of the treatment, she left without speaking and left the door open!

In the package I purchased, a buffet breakfast was clearly listed, in fact we were alone in the hotel and there was no buffet, there were almost no options and the waiter gave us fixed things. There was no choice! Upon arrival at the massage room, we did not receive spa slippers, I asked and received an answer that there were none. I added NIS 150 for a jacuzzi and it was just miserable. I will not return to this place.
