    If it's about the hotel - then I booked a classic room that didn't match what appears in the pictures at all, the room was terribly dusty, in the evening I asked for towels but was told that it was impossible because the clerk alone understood and I was embarrassed, the room number was taken from me, I was told that they would be sent to me in the morning, needless to say, I didn't receive the towels in the morning either. I tried to call the reception several times at different times at night to get information about breakfast, but there was no availability. I didn't want to complain in the morning because it was already unnecessary and I didn't want to ruin it for my partner since I closed the hotel in honor of his birthday, and we probably won't be back again. In terms of the spa - it's an external spa that needs to be arranged after booking - a person was always available and gave an answer above and beyond. The therapists were attentive and professional!

    Very poor treatment. The therapists were a few minutes late, and after the treatment was over they literally ran away, turned off the music for us and left without waiting even a second for us to get dressed, it really felt like they came to "tick" another couple. The treatment itself was extremely painful for both me and my wife, even though we asked them several times to do it less. (The next day with very strong pain in the shoulder and upper back). I hope the therapists really care (because it felt like they had no idea what they were doing, compared to many other treatments we have had in our lives).

    The hotel is beautiful, neat and clean in the center of Tel Aviv! Ilya from the reception is charming and kind! And the person responsible for the massages is charming and kind! We enjoyed our stay, the massage was excellent and professional, only the massage area was on the parking lot level and there was an unpleasant smell, probably of sewage. In conclusion, we enjoyed ourselves and without a doubt we would be happy to come back again.

    Excellent, excellent! We really enjoyed the hotel's location, which is excellent and close to lots of restaurants, bars and central streets, which are really fun to walk around in. Clean rooms (how fun they are clean), comfortable and beautifully decorated. Excellent service. The receptionist is really lovely and helpful with any questions. And the massage, wow, is simply excellent, 10 out of 10!!
