A strong complaint about a spa treatment that took place today, 10/22/2026. We booked a massage at 4:00 PM, and were asked to arrive fifteen minutes in advance. We arrived at ten to four, and the experience we received was beyond criticism. 1. We were led through a service area, among trash cans and air conditioner motors, and went down to an underground shelter. The place had a broken display case and didn't even have chairs to wait in. 2. There were no masseurs on site upon arrival. Only one out of two arrived. 3. The massage itself was poor. An aroma device was operating very close to me, and the lighting was blinding. 4. No towel was placed on the pillow underneath. 5. Worst of all: the masseuse went from foot massage to facial massage without washing her hands. This is a basic hygiene violation that has no justification. 6. There were no proper toilets in the spa area. There was a service booth that I was waiting for, and although it was there, I left it waiting for about 20 minutes and it did not arrive. There is no connection between the photos and what happened! I would appreciate a written answer as soon as possible. Respectfully, Bar Greenwald

The spa is great, the only thing is that I asked for a therapist and a therapist came... for me it was less critical and he really was an excellent therapist, but I think we need to pay more attention to this because it could ruin someone's treatment.
