We arrived at the spa after many recommendations to celebrate my wife's birthday that day. We were warmly welcomed and started the treatment. About 20 minutes after the start of the treatment, an unbearable drilling noise began that could be heard right above us. My wife asked the therapist to go tell the reception, but that didn't help either. We weren't able to enjoy or relax because the noise from the renovations was loud and disturbing. We asked them to stop, but it continued. My wife stopped the treatment and they tried to move her to another room in the middle (which also shortened the massage time) and there were also loud drillings in that room. The masseuses were very good, but we left the treatment very nervous. We spoke with the spa reception, who said that there had been renovations at the hotel for a year and they apologized. We explained to them that it would have been appropriate to inform us at the time of closing the treatment that there were heavy renovations taking place at the hotel and that we should know that they were disturbing the spa complex. The treatment cost us a lot of money and we felt very disappointed and my wife, who wanted to spend her 30th birthday in peace, left feeling nervous. After another conversation with the reception, they told us that they would try to make a partial credit of the amount paid and that is what can be done. So far we have not seen the credit.

I am a regular customer of yours. I have been to you quite a few times. I can check. Every time I came out satisfied. This time I came out disappointed in a different way. It was as if I spent all my money on a sauna and even though I paid for 70 minutes, I got 60. So really, really disappointing. I want compensation, please. PS. I asked them to issue a receipt for the treatment, but they did not issue one.
