It was excellent, the place was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and relaxing. The treatment bed was comfortable, but I would have added an extra pillow over the hole in the bed where my head was because I came back with a mark on my forehead from the pressure of the bed on my face, and it was a bit annoying - I'm sure if I had said it, they would have solved it, but I just didn't say it in time. Unfortunately, I did the citrus oil massage for an hour and a half with a scrub. The room smelled very good. The whole place really allowed me to feel a connection to myself. The showers are luxurious with soaps, shampoos, and conditioners in beautiful colors and good scents. There is a brush and a hair dryer, deodorant was missing for those who forgot, and maybe body lotion and hand cream would have made it perfect. In terms of the crowd during the visit, even though there were several women at the same time, somehow it worked out that I was alone in all the spa facilities because there are several spaces and you can play with it and find privacy. The massage was good, the therapist was professional and attentive. I enjoyed meditating in an infrared sauna. It's really different from a regular sauna. In a salt bath, I stayed a lot to breathe and listen to my inner voice. There's a relaxation room with natural sounds and natural landscapes. It was like watching a sunset from Thailand. I loved it. The refreshment room needs improvement! The cookies are a bit stale and it would be possible to have a variety of teas, a coffee miracle without sugar and not just black, soy milk and the like for those who want it. It felt like a 'compulsory' refreshment room lacking more varied snacks, including pretzels and nuts..coated chocolates...cut fruit...I've been to spas all over the world and I've seen more indulgent spa buffets...but this is really small.

It was an amazing experience, an amazingly designed place, the most professional massage we had, just like in Thailand. Exceptional service, without a book, in the best book in the country.

The massage was excellent due to the spa being busy, there was no hot water at all and the facilities were busy. The place is great and we hope this is a one-off incident

The sheets were damp and still had oil on them, they didn't have dry sheets, the massage was good, there was a couple in the women's showers, a man and a woman, men are not allowed to enter the locker area, women dress there, a beautiful place, I don't recommend it.

We visited the spa on Wednesday afternoon and booked two treatments. It is important to note that the Swedish massage was simply excellent, and my daughter's experience with her treatment was wonderful. Unfortunately, my second treatment, a head spa, fell far short of expectations. At the beginning of the treatment, I gently asked if it was possible to play some pleasant music, because the noise of the motor that operated the fountain, which was located very close to the head, was loud and disturbing. In response, I was told that I should concentrate on the sound of the water, but in reality the noise was so loud that it was impossible to enjoy the treatment or relax. A very cold mask was then placed on my face, without any prior warning. After that, the therapist began to wash my hair with water that was too hot. I commented on this, but there was no sufficient attention, and I had to comment again when the heat became unbearable. After the wash, a sticky substance was sprayed on my hair, without explaining to me what it was. At the end, the therapist announced that the treatment was over and left the room before the end of the designated time. I was left without a towel and had to dry my hair using the bathrobe I was given. In addition, it was unclear to me what the connection was between applying cream to the soles of my feet and wrapping them in a towel and a treatment defined as a head spa, especially when no explanation was given about the stages of the treatment or their purpose. After I contacted the reception desk, I was offered a 40% refund of the cost of the treatment or the option of coming for another treatment. I chose not to accept the offer of a repeat treatment, as after such an experience I did not feel comfortable returning. It is important for me to emphasize that my daughter's experience was completely different. She left the treatment very satisfied, spoke about a relaxing head massage, a massage of the shoulders, neck and chest area, and even fell asleep during the treatment. I am glad she enjoyed it, but the gap between the two experiences highlights how much the quality of treatment and service can vary. My question is, under these circumstances, is a 40% refund adequate compensation, and was it even justified to charge full payment for a treatment that actually made me uncomfortable, did not include attentive attention to my comments, and ended unprofessionally? My recommendation to anyone considering booking a spa head treatment is to find out in advance exactly what the treatment includes, what its stages are, and what to expect in terms of service and experience. The name of the treatment alone does not guarantee that you will receive the experience you expect.

We arrived as a couple for a Thai oil massage, my partner really enjoyed the massage, my massage was mediocre, I didn't enjoy it. (The person who gave me the massage was not Thai, even though I requested a Thai masseuse when I booked because I really like their massage style)

In my opinion, it doesn't justify the price. It would be possible to combine a shoulder and chest massage to enrich the experience.

The therapist, Kai, was professional, the treatment was excellent. She was attentive and the massage was one of the best I've had. The girls at the reception throughout the day were pleasant and interested in us. We will definitely recommend and come back again. Thank you

Thank you very much for an unexpected experience. Thank you to the lovely Niv who welcomed us and was incredibly helpful and creative. We booked a double massage and due to a misunderstanding we arrived at the wrong time. Thanks to Niv, we postponed the massage to another day, went in for a spontaneous couple foot massage and enjoyed the atmosphere. We will definitely come again.

The back was excellent. There was no sensitivity in the neck. It felt unpleasant, bordering on dangerous, and I had to stop the contact several times.
