The masseuse was nice, didn't ask if anything in particular hurt or if there was an area I wanted. The shower area wasn't clean, hair on the floor, etc. And that day there were workers in the spa working around the place fixing something in the plumbing, so it wasn't a pleasant spa experience at all (they were fine but it didn't fit the experience and they didn't say anything about it when I made an appointment the day before).

A neat, clean and beautiful place. There is tea and cookies, a pampering massage, sauna rooms, and salt water. There is everything in the showers, and it is also clean. It was fun. Very satisfied.

It was a very good treatment, but I suffered from a fever throughout the treatment, so I didn't have much fun. We had to move somewhere in the middle, and that was annoying. Later, throughout the treatment, people kept passing by during treatment, and it was a less pleasant experience than what I've experienced with you to date.

I explained in my previous review that we were disappointed with our recent visit and experience there- a big balagan and running late without being informed and my husband's treatment was good but my treatment wasn't professional enough- I'm also a massage therapist and the therapist yesterday- not who I requested- was not good enough technically and also very quick and too rushed and not in tune with my needs- I asked her a couple of times- tge whole experience was different to our previous experience and disappointing

We have received treatment at your spa many times and until yesterday we were very, very satisfied - but - yesterday there was a big mess and it was really unpleasant - there was a delay and the manager of the place was also not professional in handling the issue - there was no good planning - there was confusion with the rooms too - we were disappointed with the mess and the service - have the owners of the place changed? Something didn't work out for you yesterday - it's really disappointing because so far it has always been excellent and it's really a shame to neglect us and spoil the level of the place - the rooms weren't clean enough either - I would appreciate a response, thank you

The salt pool needs improvement, it is not warm and smells unpleasant, a feeling that it is not clean there. The massage was good, the oils applied to the body are odorless, and it is a shame that the entire spa area does not have a smell that reminds of pampering. This is a very common issue that needs to be addressed. The waiting chairs are old, cracked and deserve renovation.

Very disappointing. I came today with my 11-year-old daughter for a foot massage, and unfortunately the massage was superficial and unprofessional. We expected a pampering and high-quality treatment, but in reality we felt that there was no investment or attention. The price really did not match the level of service we received. Unfortunately, we will not return and do not recommend.

We are long-time customers at the spa, the treatment was excellent! The level of maintenance of the place is disappointing. We entered the salt pool, it was full of towels from people who had stayed inside, glasses of champagne. The showers were in really bad shape, the floor was dirty and full of hair, bags of slippers... the feeling of a neighborhood country on Shabbat.

First, the place was packed, specifically in the waiting room where it was impossible to relax, there were no free chairs and it felt a bit like a train station. The same applies to the women's restroom, there was no place to get organized and get dressed due to the congestion. A massage was ordered for the extremities and in fact a full massage was given, the therapists were coughing and it is better if an employee is not feeling well, that he stay home. We ordered a couples treatment plus a cheese platter that was not served to us and yet we were charged the amount for it. Please correct it immediately. Thank you

We had a great time! Very professional massage, very pleasant atmosphere, clean and luxurious. We will definitely be back! A small note; your robes are very worn and it was unpleasant to wear them. Not in line with the level of the spa.
