The bathroom is small and cramped. There are no hangers for clothes. The staff is very stressful. Everything is fast, fast, cramped. My therapist was fine and worked well.

The massage was really, really fun, it was great, I really liked it, but I ordered the massage for 90 minutes and in the end she only gave me 70 minutes because I wasn't in the room at that exact time, and it really disappointed me. It's my first time at Saba, and I don't know what to do before the massage, so I was a little late for it, and there was no one to accompany us before the massage. Because of that, we were a little late, and then the woman who was doing the massage told us that she would save time for the massage because we were late for it, and it was a little annoying because we thought she was wiping or something. Also, the cleanliness in the bathrooms and changing rooms was a little disgusting. The whole floor was covered in water and messes. It needs to be cleaned because it doesn't make sense. Other than that, the massage was really nice and I really enjoyed it.

I scheduled a one-hour massage for 12:00 and it started at 12:15 after I had to go up and announce that I was not allowed in for the massage. The massage ended at 1:05, which is 50 minutes later. The masseuse was excellent.

"A very disappointing service experience. I received a voucher for the place as a birthday present, but due to personal circumstances I was unable to arrive on time. Instead of showing flexibility and understanding as expected from a place that offers a pampering and hospitality experience, I encountered complete indifference and the voucher simply went down the drain. Customer service is measured precisely in these moments, and here they failed miserably. Not recommended."

The place itself is charming, beautiful, calm, and creates a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you enter. The service we received from the staff was also kind and good, and the overall feeling was very pleasant. However, there were a few things that disappointed me. I was surprised to discover that no slippers or suitable shoes were provided, but only robes and towels. I arrived without shoes that could get wet, and this made walking around the complex less comfortable for me. In addition, my locker closed without me being able to open it myself, which was a little frustrating. Also during the treatment itself, I felt that the therapist was less attentive to what I asked for and wanted, which is a shame, because that is a significant part of a good spa experience. Overall, the place is really beautiful and pleasant, and has the potential to be a perfect experience with a little more attention to the small details and the needs of the customers.

Hi, we wanted to share a very disappointing experience we had at the place. We arrived for a massage with high expectations, especially given the high price and the prestigious image of the place, but unfortunately we left very disappointed and not at all satisfied with the treatment and the overall experience. As people who get a lot of massages and try quite a few places, we were sure that we had finally found a quality place that would be the perfect solution for us — especially since it is located just a few minutes from our house. Unfortunately, the exact opposite happened. We felt that the experience was not at the level expected from such a place, and certainly did not justify the price we paid. It's a shame, because we really arrived with a lot of anticipation and a desire to make the place a permanent place for us.

The massage was excellent! The relaxation room with the beach screen is really relaxing, the Dead Sea water is great, we loved the place very much and will return. Only one thing bothered us: in the women's locker room, including the locker area, there was not a single place where the floor was dry to make it comfortable and pleasant to change clothes.
