Ayurveda is not! In addition to the fact that the room does not in any way correspond to a real Ayurveda treatment room, the therapists themselves do not know the treatment and it was completely noticeable, a lot of confusion, disorganization. The oil was cold even though it was supposed to be hot, the air conditioner was right on the treatment bed, and the filling of the treatment bed had long since left the group, it is quite unpleasant to lie for 50 minutes with your face exposed to the iron. In short, an unpleasant and not relaxing experience at all, certainly not worth the money. If you cannot perform the treatment properly, do not put it on the menu! The only pleasant experience in the place is Daniel's service.

The early registration was convenient and clear, thanks to Daniel. The massage was excellent, thanks to Adam. The surroundings felt chaotic to me. When we arrived, we were not offered a locker or robes. Only after the massage did I ask the therapist where to shower, and where there is a robe. He was surprised that I didn't have a robe, brought me a robe and explained to me how to find the shower (I didn't understand). When I asked at the reception if there were towels for the shower - I was directed to the pool to get a towel. At the pool, I used the kiosk employee to find the last towel left, and she couldn't tell me where the shower was. I went back in to look for the showers, and found them at the end of the hallway and in the dark, without prominent signage. A high-class spa like yours should give everyone who comes a robe and a towel at the entrance, and show them exactly where the showers are before they even enter the treatment room. Certainly not sending a towel from the pool is inappropriate.

The treatments and therapists were excellent, but there was a lack of discussion about the course of the treatment. The receptionist was not inviting. I am used to an explanation of the place and a tour of where everything is. Even robes, we had to ask. We did not receive an explanation for anything. It is a shame. In addition, the shoes are very slippery. I slipped in the showers, which was really dangerous.

When the massage started, the masseuses did not introduce themselves at all, nor did they give instructions, nor did they ask if there were any exceptions regarding us. They simply led us to the room and closed the door. In addition, the massage bed was very dirty! Including someone else's lipstick in the hole where you put your face! And worst of all!!!! Who doesn't know how to contain - my husband's masseuse completely took off his underwear, massaged his entire buttocks and then in a sexual way that made him uncomfortable. Not a cheap massage, we do quite a few and this was among the bad ones we experienced. We will not return.

The massage itself was excellent, the changing rooms are beautiful but there is no air conditioning and it is as hot as in a sauna, so we went out to get ready in the gym. The showers are not clean even at the end of the day after there are no more people in the complex, hair, etc.

We arrived as a group of four to celebrate a bachelorette party. We arrived on a Friday morning in August... Delicious and luxurious breakfast at the hotel. Full of children and noise... The pool and jacuzzi are outside the spa complex with an unpleasant smell. The spa's changing rooms and showers are also outside the complex. The only quiet place was the relaxation room inside the spa and even that - only if the manager there doesn't shout. There is a dry sauna. The massages themselves were excellent, the therapists are very nice. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves but we won't go back there.

We were disappointed to arrive at a place with no organized locker rooms, no place to change clothes, no place to put our bags, showers without shampoo or soap, extremely infuriating, the treatment also felt like it was done like a moving picture, going in and out, opening the door before we were ready to leave the treatment, the pool was packed with people, no place to sit, and there was a very unpleasant smell around the pool, the jacuzzi was full of children (why does the lifeguard allow this??) It was a nice massage. The masseuse focused too much on one area, to the point where I was already in pain. What really bothered me was the fact that I scheduled a massage for 9 am, and was supposed to arrive about fifteen minutes before the treatment started. In fact, the receptionist only arrived 5 minutes before 9 am, and because it took time to register and get ready before the massage, it was shortened by a few minutes. If you get there, don't get there for the treatment at 9 am, because that's when the spa opens. In terms of facilities, the pool is nice, there isn't much shade if you come in the summer. The changing rooms are shared between the pool and the spa, it feels too crowded. Plus, there's no good ventilation, so it feels too stuffy, you can't stay there for too long.
