For some reason it is extremely hot and there is no air there. The feeling of being suffocated.) There is an air conditioner that does not work and there are no windows. In addition, the locker area is small, crowded and there is not enough space to get organized. There are not even normal benches there, there are only 2 peeled wooden stools like this. In addition, the cleanliness is not wow (not because of the maid, God forbid, who does a great job despite the load) There is simply such mold in the corners that needs to be removed and in my opinion it is not her job. It is important for me to note that the girls who run the spa are lovely and provide service from the heart. (The issue of the toilets and lockers depends on the hotel itself and not on them)

A changing room without a working air conditioner, we suffered from abnormal heat, slippery and not enough carpets to slide on and someone fell there. Small, dirty towels and even with a tear, my brother received it. The massage I chose was aromatherapy and they didn't even let me smell the scents or bring them. They had to ask to open the door during the massage when it was in a lit room. The massage itself was also not professional at all, certainly not reasonable for the price paid. I won't be back

The place is pleasant, but doesn't feel like a spa for a fun day. The treatment was reasonable, but not pampering. In the women's showers, the air conditioning didn't work and there was a strong smell of mold. The outdoor pool had safety deficiencies, the pool edge was old and scratched, and the jacuzzi didn't work. The massage was also shorter than the 30 minutes booked, because the time to get ready came at the expense of the treatment. The only bright spot was the breakfast, which was rich and pampering, and it mainly deserves the rating.

Everything about the spa itself - stunning and good. We asked for a strong treatment and got a really weak one. The hot stones were cold. The "use of the facilities" that was promised was a disgrace. The jacuzzi didn't work and the pool was extremely crowded, a place that could hold 50 people holds about 90. Crowded, no chairs to sit on. In short - there were no facilities. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to the spa and probably not to a hotel that allows use of the pool in this way.
