I came to celebrate a birthday with my mother and sister and we were disappointed.. We arrived and the lockers didn't work, it took several tries until they found us lockers that worked, and the same thing happened to a few girls who entered the spa before us. When I finally got a working locker, it was dirty with mold on the inside and I had to change lockers again. The toilets were a bit dirty, there was no toilet paper and one cubicle didn't work at all. The massage was nice, my sister didn't like it less - her therapist didn't ask at all about the strength of the massage before she started and did it too hard and in spots that my sister specifically asked not to touch! . We didn't really enjoy the facilities either and we left after an hour..
