Excellent service! The day before, at the very last minute there was a problem with one of the masseuses who couldn't come. Tried to look for an alternative but without success because it's Friday. As an alternative, we were offered a massage one after the other by the masseuse - we accepted the offer and even stopped at the entrance to the hotel's pool. Aharon massages a cannon. Thank you!

The massages were not that massages, it didn't feel like a spa as if we were being pampered, it was a gift for my partner and I was so disappointed and I expected it to be fun and invested, I left disappointed and will not return again. Felt unprofessional at all.

I wanted to say that the spa you recommended was one of the worst I've ever been to. We were in a couple's spa. It was nice for me and my partner asked a few times for you to use a little force. Nothing, just caressed her. Shame. We left disappointed in the levels and you still say it's rated 9.9. Just a shame. It's like throwing money away.
