Hi, great breakfast, bad service, it can't be that I added 150 shekels for entry to the pool for me and my friend and we had to wait for a lifeguard to arrive.

We received excellent service from Abigail at the spa reception. We had a problem with the hours and she did everything she could to help us. She also provided us with drinks and refreshments. A very pleasant feeling. The massage was good

Excellent service! The day before, at the very last minute there was a problem with one of the masseuses who couldn't come. Tried to look for an alternative but without success because it's Friday. As an alternative, we were offered a massage one after the other by the masseuse - we accepted the offer and even stopped at the entrance to the hotel's pool. Aharon massages a cannon. Thank you!
