I had a massage with Michael yesterday and it was just wow perfect. As someone who gets a lot of massages, it was one of the best massages I've ever had in my life!! Michael is incredibly professional. I arrived with back and shoulder pain and left completely exhausted. There are really no words. And the lovely clerk there, unfortunately I don't know his name, makes this whole experience just perfect with the welcome. The personal attention took care of everything!! Thank you very much

The massage level is average. There is no place to drink before or after. The pool was packed. There is no jacuzzi. The morning is not inviting. The place is not clean. The toilets in the pool are not clean at all. In short, not a place that respects its guests. I am writing because I care about the next customer and also for you, that you improve and succeed. Today we were five friends for a spa day at the Nitza Spa. We had a great time! We arrived and immediately approached our contact at the spa. A charming and pleasant guy, very helpful! We received vouchers for breakfast and it was varied and delicious! The massages were extremely enjoyable! All 5 friends left very satisfied! There is no doubt that the staff is very high quality and professional. The pool was fun (a bit busy but there is nothing to do ... when you arrive on a Friday in August you have to take that into account) and the experience was extremely positive! I would be happy to return and recommend! Full value for the price! Thank you!
